New Research: Learning During Challenging Economic Times

It appears that the majority of respondents in this month's poll do not believe that special attention to age improves their productivity. Over 60% of respondents answered false to a statement that suggested that productivity would be enhanced if more attention was paid to how age affects their workstyle.

This finding is aligned with a recent AchieveGlobal report, "The Generational Divide: Crucial Consideration or Trivial Hype", which asserts that generational differences in the workplace aren't as prevalent or important as once thought. Click here to download the report.
